Add each participant’s timezone, pick a date, and see a 24-hour overlap grid that highlights the best slots.
Use the search box to add each participant’s timezone. You can search by city name (e.g. Tokyo) or by IANA identifier (e.g. Asia/Tokyo).
Pick the meeting date at the top. The grid columns represent the 24 UTC hours of that day.
Read the grid: green cells are each participant’s working hours (09:00–18:00), amber cells are early morning or evening, and dark cells are night hours.
Tap any cell or drag the slider to select a UTC meeting slot. Every participant’s local time and date update on the right-hand side.
Press Jump to best overlap to auto-select the UTC hour that puts the most participants inside working hours.
- What counts as "working hours" in the grid?
- 09:00 to 18:00 local time. Hours between 07:00–09:00 and 18:00–23:00 are marked as early or late (amber). 23:00–07:00 is marked as sleep / off-hours (dark).
- Do you save the list of timezones I add?
- Yes, to your browser’s local storage under the key ttk-meeting-zones. It is not sent to any server. Clear your storage to reset.
- How does Daylight Saving Time affect the grid?
- The grid recomputes for the specific date you pick, so DST transitions are handled correctly. Moving the date across a DST change can shift the local hours in a zone by one.
- What happens when the meeting falls on a different day for a participant?
- A +1d or −1d flag appears next to their local time, indicating the meeting is on the following or preceding calendar day for that participant.
