How to plan a meeting across timezones

Pick the date you want to meet on and the locations of every participant. The grid shows the 24 UTC hours of that day as columns; each row is one participant. Green cells are 09:00–18:00 local time (normal working hours), amber cells are early morning or evening (07:00–09:00 and 18:00–23:00), and dark cells are night hours when most people are asleep. The number inside each cell is the participant's local hour for that UTC column, so you can see at a glance what time the meeting would be for them.

Use the slider or tap any cell to set the proposed UTC meeting slot. Every participant's local time and date appear on the right, including a +1d or −1d flag if the meeting falls on a different calendar day for them. The Jump to best overlap button finds the UTC hour that puts the most participants inside working hours — your best chance of a no-one-has-to-wake-up-early call. If no hour is comfortable for everyone, you can see exactly who you are asking to stretch, and by how much.

Add or remove locations with the search box at the bottom. Up to 8can be tracked at once; the list is saved to this browser so the same team reappears the next time you open the page. Reorder rows with the up/down arrows. For one-off conversions in the other direction — “if it's 3 p.m. there, what time is it here?” — use the Timezone Converter.
